Marti Nelson is a project manager, instructional designer, and learning development specialist. She established PM 21 Consulting in 2026 to empower organizations through solutions that streamline operations, elevate the customer experience, and develop people through meaningful learning. Marti brings structure, clarity, and purpose to every project—guiding complex efforts from concept through delivery.
She has 10+ years of combined experience in the SaaS, academic, and non-profit sectors. Marti has led operations management, including learning initiatives, as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at a global organization and Library Director at the municipal government level. Marti currently teaches online courses at Southern New Hampshire University and serves as an E-Proposal Reviewer for annual faculty conferences. Rooted in this experience is operational discipline, people-centered support, and training expertise.
Marti holds master’s degrees in adult education/instructional technology, leadership, and English.
