About

Martella Nelson is an educational technology, project management, and customer support consultant.  She established PM21 Consulting in 2026 to empower organizations through solutions that streamline operations, elevate the customer experience, and develop people skills through meaningful e-learning.  Martella brings structure and purpose to every project from concept through delivery.

She helped lead operations across sales, contract administration, software implementation, and help desk management as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at a global technology organization.  Additionally, she oversaw operational, human resources, and enterprise technology compliance as a Library Director at the municipal government level.  Prior experience also includes serving in academic library and online education leadership roles.  She currently teaches online courses at Southern New Hampshire University and serves as an E-Proposal Reviewer for annual faculty conferences.  Rooted in this experience is operational excellence, people-centered support, and training expertise.

Martella holds master’s degrees in library science, English, and adult education with a concentration in instructional technology.
